Do Mongoose bikes arrive fully assembled?
To ensure safe shipping, our bikes arrive 85% pre-assembled. You will need to install the front wheel, handlebars, pedals, and saddle. Basic tools and a step-by-step instruction manual are included in every box.
What is your return policy for bicycles?
We offer a 30-day return policy for bikes in new and unused condition. Please keep the original packaging to ensure a smooth return process. Note that return shipping fees may apply.
Do you offer a warranty on frames and components?
Yes, all Mongoose bikes come with a limited manufacturer's warranty. This typically covers the frame for the life of the original owner and one year for components against manufacturing defects.
How long does shipping take within the United States?
Standard ground shipping typically takes 5-7 business days. Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery status.
