At Mongoose, we stand by the quality of our gear and want to ensure you are fully satisfied with your ride. If your purchase isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Gear

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all components, manuals, and tools are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your box before dropping it off at an authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
